Tepotatango
   In Polynesian myth the wife of Rangi, one of the first rulers of Mangaia after it had risen again from the depths of the sea where it had sunk with its ruler Rongo. The other corulers of the new kingdom were Mokoiro and Akatauire with their respective wives Angarua and Ruange. The name Tepotatango means ‘Bottom of Hades’.
